On October 1, 2014, at the institute seminar the head of “Non-harmonic analysis” department, corr-member of NASA, doctor of phys. math. sci. professor Bilal Bilalov gave a talk on “A.G.Kostyuchenko problem.”
The talk deals with A.G.Kostyuchenko problem of spectral theory of differential operators. The importance of the problem and difficulties connected with its study were shown.
