On June 18-21, 2019 the head of “Algebra and Mathematical Logics” department of IMM, ass. prof. Ali Babayev has participated in the international Conference “XI Smirnov talks on Logic” held at M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University. He has given a talk “On simple catigoric syllogisms in N.Tousi’s syllogistics”.

During this visit, by the invitation of Saint-Petersburg branch of the institute of history of natural sciences and engineering, he has given a talk “Nasireddin Tousi and his Logic” in the meeting of the Scientific Council of this institute on June 25, 2019.
