\ndoctor on pedagogics.
\n5. Binded copies of dissertation \u2013 necessary quality.
\n6. The author\u2019s abstract (all the copies of the title-page (supplement 1.7) and cover of
\ndissertation is signed by competitor).
\n7. For a competitor of doctor\u2019s degree, copy of certificated doctor of philosophy diploma
\n(persons that earned their scientific degree abroad including in UIS, represent the equivalency
\ndiploma given by the Commission of the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic
\n\u2013 2 copies.
\n8. Minutes of the meeting on acception of the review and the review of the appropriate
\norganization on setting the dissertation work.
\nReference of reviewers in written form (2 copies each) and compact disc of the record of the
\nprocess of primary discussions of dissertation.
\nThe reference is submitted in the form of extract from the minutes of the meeting of chair
\n(laboratory, department) or seminar attested by the head of the organization, and is stamped.
\nThe minutes is signed by the head of the organization and its secretary, their signs are
\ncertified by the scientific secretary.
\n9.\u00a0 Reference on scientific and practical activity of a competitor \u2013 1 copy
\nThe reference is given from the main work place, is certified by the head of the organization
\nand is dated.
\n10. Reference of the supervisor \u2013 2 copies.
\n11. The list of publications on the dissertation theme (Appendix 1.8), their copies and electronic
\nvariant (the monograph is represented in the original).
\nMonographs and books are represented in a separate folder.
