The editorial has begun its activity in 1997. The papers to be published in the journals of \u201cTransactions\u201d and \u201cProceedings\u201d at first are translated from Russian or Azerbaijanian into English, are printed and corrected in the editorial. The editorial board also translates the letters, papers, some necessary information that the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of NASA\u00a0 needs.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
