Hamidulla Israfil oghlu Aslanov was born in 1950 in\nShamakhi region in the village of Jayirly. He entered the faculty of \u00abMechanics\n\u2013 mathematics of Baku State University in 1967, graduated from this University\nwith honors diploma in 1972. He defended his ph. doctor dissertation in 1976\nand thesis for a Doctor\u2019s degree in 1996. He is a professor and a specialist in\nthe field of differential operator\u2019s spectral theory. He is the author of more\nthan 165 scientific works. About 25 of his articles were published abroad. He\nis the author of the books \u00abOrdinary differential equation and mathematical\nphysics equation\u00bb, \u00abFunctions with many groups of variables, curvilinear and\nsurface integral, and the elements of square theory\u00bb, \u00ab\u0130ntegral equation,\napproximate solution ways, Electronic Calculating Machines (ECM) and their\nuse\u00bb, \u00abThe solution of mathematical equations through networks\u00bb, \u00abElements of\ntheory of Integral transformations\u00bb, \u00abFunctional analysis\u00bb, \u00abFunctions theory\nand functional analysis\u00bb. He was invited to Tabriz University in Iran Islamic\nRepublic to deliver lectures. Over 45 years he has worked of Khankendi\nPedagogical University, Azerbaijan Technical University, Baku Maiden\nUniversity, Baku State University. At present, he is a senior scientific worker\nin Azerbaijan  National Academy of Mathematical\nSciences at the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics. He is a doctor of\nphysical \u2013 mathematical sciences, a professor. In 2018 he has been elected a\nforeign member of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
