Since 2013 he is the head of \u201cFunctions Theory\u201d department.<br \/>\nHe is a member of Scientific Council and a member of doctor dissertation council at the Institute. Since 2014 V. Ismayilov is the responsible editor of \u201cProceedings of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS.
