Today, at 10.30 the regular meeting of \u201cOptimal Control\u201d department was held. The senior research ass. of the Institute of Control Systems, doctor of technical sciences Ramin Rza oglu Rzayev gave a talk on \u201cFuzzy logic in historical, Foreshortening: main notions and principles\u201d.
\nNew prognostic models of volatile time series of fuzzy analysis of positional-binary composition of historical data. The principal distinctive features of the suggested models are law of historical data or defuzzification of fuzzy prognosis. A new criterion based on application of Hemming metris for assessing adequateness degrees of models within the existing research, was offered. The obtained results in addition to the classic statistical criterion, were assessed by this criterion as well.<\/p>\n
