Gutierrez and F. Tournier &#8220;Harnack inequality for a degenerate elliptic equation&#8221;. The chief research officer of the department, Professor Farman Mammadov gave information about the above article and about its authors. It was discussed that if in the elliptic equations of a normal divergent structure we abandon a uniform elliptic condition, then the main results of the classical qualitative theory (for example, Harnack&#8217;s inequality proved by J. Moser) may be violated. In this paper, the authors prove the validity of the Harnack inequality for a certain class of degenerate equations of a divergent structure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a9All rights are reserved.
