Today, at the institute seminar, head of \u201cFunctions Theory\u201d department of IMM, doctor of math.sci. Vugar Elman oglu Ismayilov gave a talk on \u201cRepresentation of the space of continuous functions as a sum of algebras\u201d
\nIn the talk the representation of the space of real-valued continuous functions in the form of the sum of sub-algebras of this space was analysed, necessary and sufficient conditions for the possibility of this representation were shown. Note that if the sum consists of only one addend, the known result belongs to Marshal Stone.<\/p>\n
