A problem is considered that depends on the parameter, and it was shown that the parameter can tend to zero, but the Lebesgue norm of the solution remains dependent on the parameter and uniformly bounded.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a9 All rights are reserved.
