At the seminar the head of \u201cCreeping Theory\u201d department, doct. phys. math. sci. prof. Latif Talybly gave a talk \u201cOn one phenomenological theory of corrosive failure of any configuration bodies\u201d.<br \/>\nThe talk was devoted to one phenomenological theory of corrosive failure of any configuration bodies under tension.
