On 21.12.2017 at 10:30am the \u201cOptimal Control\u201d department was hold its regular seminar. Senior research associate of Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, doctor of physic. math. sci., prof. Kamil Ayda-zade was gave a talk on \u201cOptimization of control points for rod heating during of control feedback process\u201d.<\/p>\n

The approach to the optimal placement of control points in controlling the heating of a rod with feedback is proposed in this paper. Formulas are obtained for the components of the gradient of the functional, which are used in the numerical solution of the problem. The results of numerical experiments are presented.<\/p>\n
