Today, the staff of teachers and pupils of school No 246 of Binagadi district were at IMM.<\/p>\n

The meeting was opened by director of IMM, corr.-member of ANAS, prof. Misir Mardanov with the words of the famous Gauss \u201cMathematics is the key of all sciences\u201d and of the Euler \u201cJust mathematics defends us from false feelings\u201d. He has underlined that it is not a coincidence that one of the subjects that is allocated more time, is mathematics. And it is also not a coincidence that independent on the specialty, in the world, mathematics is among the entrance examinations at higher schools. Then prof. M. Mardanov informed the guests about the history of the institute, its today\u2019s activity and achievements.<\/p>\n
