At IMM the regular institute seminar was held. At the seminar, the deputy director of IMM, corr. member of ANAS, prof. Vagif Guliyev gave a talk on \u201cDescription of commutators of singular and fractional integral operators by the functions from the Lipschits class in Orlicz spaces\u201d.<\/p>\n

The talk deals with \u201cDescription of commutators of singular and fractional integral operators by the functions from the Lipschits class in Orlicz spaces\u201d. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the commutator for boundedness of singular and integral operators commutatos in Orlicz spaces be a function from the Lipschits class, were discussed.
\nApplication of the obtained results to regularization of the solutions of elliptic and differential equations in Orlicz spaces was also discussed. Information about the use of such problems in studying other problems of analysis was given.<\/p>\n
