O, h\u0259min il Lomonosov ad\u0131na Moskva D\u00f6vl\u0259t Universitetinin aspiranturas\u0131na daxil olmu\u015fdur. 1957-ci ild\u0259 akademik M.V.Keld\u0131\u015f\u0131n r\u0259hb\u0259rliyi alt\u0131nda \u201c01.01.01\u201d ixtisas\u0131 \u00fczr\u0259 \u201cB\u0259zi \u00f6z-\u00f6z\u00fcn\u0259 qo\u015fma olmayan t\u0259nlikl\u0259r sisteminin m\u0259xsusi funksiyalar\u0131n\u0131n taml\u0131\u011f\u0131 haqq\u0131nda\u201d adl\u0131 namiz\u0259dlik dissertasiyas\u0131n\u0131 Moskva D\u00f6vl\u0259t Universitetind\u0259 m\u00fcdafi\u0259 etmi\u015fdir.<\/p>\n<p>C\u0259lal m\u00fc\u0259llim 1962-1964-c\u00fc ill\u0259rd\u0259 Lomonosov ad\u0131na Moskva D\u00f6vl\u0259t Universitetinin doktoranturas\u0131nda elmi t\u0259dqiqatlar\u0131n\u0131 davam etdirmi\u015fdir. 1968-ci ild\u0259 Moskvada SSR\u0130 Elml\u0259r Akademiyas\u0131n\u0131n V.A.Steklov ad\u0131na Riyaziyyat institutunda \u201cSpektral parametrd\u0259n rasional as\u0131l\u0131 olan \u00f6z-\u00f6z\u00fcn\u0259 qo\u015fma olmayan operatorlar\u0131n m\u0259xsusi \u0259d\u0259dl\u0259ri v\u0259 m\u0259xsusi elementl\u0259ri haqq\u0131nda (01.01.01)\u201d m\u00f6vzusunda doktorluq dissertasiyas\u0131 m\u00fcdafi\u0259 etmi\u015fdir. M.V.Keld\u0131\u015f ona spektral parametrd\u0259n rasional as\u0131l\u0131 olan polinomial operator funksiyalar\u0131n &#8211; operator d\u0259st\u0259l\u0259rin m\u0259xsusi v\u0259 qo\u015fma elementl\u0259ri sisteminin taml\u0131\u011f\u0131 il\u0259 ba\u011fl\u0131 m\u0259s\u0259l\u0259l\u0259rl\u0259 m\u0259\u015f\u011ful olma\u011f\u0131 m\u0259sl\u0259h\u0259t g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015fd\u00fcr. Bu istiqam\u0259td\u0259 C\u0259lal Allahverdiyev Hilbert f\u0259zas\u0131nda t\u0259sir ed\u0259n kompakt operatorlar\u0131n <strong>s<\/strong> \u0259d\u0259dl\u0259rin\u0259 ilk d\u0259f\u0259 yeni m\u0259na vermi\u015fdir. <strong>s<\/strong> \u0259d\u0259di kompakt operatorun \u00f6z\u00fc v\u0259 qo\u015fmas\u0131 hasilinin kvadrat k\u00f6k\u00fcn\u00fcn m\u0259xsusi \u0259d\u0259didir. O g\u00f6st\u0259rmi\u015fdir ki, kompakt operatorun <strong>s<\/strong> \u0259d\u0259di bu operatorun sonlu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc operatorla \u0259n yax\u015f\u0131 yax\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r. <strong>s<\/strong> \u0259d\u0259dl\u0259rinin bu yeni t\u0259rifi riyaziyyatda bir \u00e7ox m\u0259s\u0259l\u0259l\u0259rin h\u0259llind\u0259 m\u00fch\u00fcm rol oynay\u0131r. Bir \u00e7ox m\u0259\u015fhur monoqrafiyalar bu n\u0259tic\u0259ni funksional analizin \u0259sas fakt\u0131 kimi \u00f6z\u00fcnd\u0259 \u0259ks etdirir. <strong>s<\/strong> \u0259d\u0259dl\u0259rinin C\u0259lal Allahverdiyev m\u0259nada t\u0259rifi ona v\u0259 dig\u0259r m\u00fct\u0259x\u0259ssisl\u0259r\u0259 onlar\u0131n ald\u0131qlar\u0131 n\u0259tic\u0259l\u0259ri Banax f\u0259zas\u0131 v\u0259 b\u0259zi topoloji f\u0259zalara \u00fcmumil\u0259\u015fdirm\u0259y\u0259 k\u00f6m\u0259k etmi\u015fdir. Kolmoqorov, Gelfond, Pontryagin, Tixonov, Nikolski, Maslov v\u0259 dig\u0259r g\u00f6rk\u0259mli aliml\u0259r onun haqq\u0131nda y\u00fcks\u0259k fikird\u0259 olmu\u015flar.<\/p>\n<p>C\u0259lal Allahverdiyevin sonrak\u0131 i\u015fl\u0259ri Hilbert v\u0259 Banax f\u0259zalar\u0131nda rasional operator d\u0259st\u0259l\u0259rin taml\u0131q m\u0259s\u0259l\u0259l\u0259rinin t\u0259dqiqin\u0259 h\u0259sr olunmu\u015fdur. Burada o, <strong>s<\/strong> \u0259d\u0259dinin \u00f6z\u00fc t\u0259yin etdiyi yeni t\u0259rifind\u0259n v\u0259 isbat etdiyi lemmadan (elmi \u0259d\u0259biyyatda \u201cC.E.Allahverdiyev lemmas\u0131\u201d kimi adlan\u0131r) istifad\u0259 ed\u0259r\u0259k yeni metod vermi\u015fdir. C.Allahverdiyev bu lemmada ortoqonal olmayan proyektora norma m\u0259nada yax\u0131n ortoqonal proyektor t\u0259yin etmi\u015fdir. Bu lemma bir \u00e7ox elmi i\u015fl\u0259rd\u0259 istifad\u0259 olunmaqdad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>O, polinomial operator d\u0259st\u0259l\u0259ri \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn Keld\u0131\u015f sistemin\u0259 uy\u011fun olaraq rasional operator d\u0259st\u0259l\u0259ri \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn \u00fcmumil\u0259\u015fdirdiyi yeni \u201ct\u00f6r\u0259m\u0259 z\u0259ncir\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 daxil etmi\u015fdir. Bu fakt polinomial operator d\u0259st\u0259l\u0259ri \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn Keld\u0131\u015f yana\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n t\u0259biiliyini g\u00f6st\u0259rir.<\/p>\n<p>C\u0259lal Allahverdiyev \u00f6z-\u00f6z\u00fcn\u0259 qo\u015fma olmayan operatorlar\u0131n spektral n\u0259z\u0259riyy\u0259si sah\u0259sind\u0259 \u00f6z m\u0259kt\u0259bini yaratm\u0131\u015fd\u0131r.
