On June 5-7, on the bank of \u201cIssyk-Kul\u201d \u00a0lake Congress of the Mathematical Society of Turkic world was held. About 300 mathematician scientist from the Turkic world and from different countries of the world participated at this Congress.<\/p>\n

The president of the Mathematical Society of Turkic world professor Misir Mardanov, the director of Applied Mathematics Institute of BSU – the vice president of the Society Fikret Aliyev, professor of the applied Mathematics institute of BSU, a member of the administration board of the society Yusif Gasimov, professor of Baku branch of MSU, a member of the administration board of the society Azad Tagizade and others were among the participants.<\/p>\n

As the President of the Mathematical Society of Turkich World professor Misir Mardanov reported on the activity of the Society for three years.<\/p>\n

On June 7, at the V Congress of Turkic World Mathematical Society, academician of Kirgizstan Academy of Sciences Altay Borubayev was elected the President of this society for three years.<\/p>\n

Misir Mardanov was elected the Honorary President Fikret Aliyev the vice-president of the Society, professor Azad Tagizade and Yusif Kasumov the members of the administration board of the society.<\/p>\n

At the Congress it was decided to hold the next Congress of the Turkic World Mathematical Society on July, 2017 in Astana city of Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n

Six thousand USA dollars of ten thousand dollars of money allotted from the Kazakhstan side was handed to the outstanding mathematician of Turkich world Mukhtarbay Otelbayev.<\/p>\n

The second prize in the amount of two thousand USA dollars was handed to the editorial board of the journal of \u201cTheoretical and Applied Mathematics\u201d.<\/p>\n

The remaining two thousand USA dollars was handed to the Organization Committee (Kirkizstan) of the V Congress.<\/p>\n

A commission consisting of 4 persons was created under the guidance of professor Hasan Hilmi Hajisalehoglu to prepare the Mathematical terms dictionary in different languages. From Azerbaijan, professor of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of NASA Mammed Bayramoglu was elected a member of this Society.<\/p>\n
