Today the \u201cOptimal Control\u201d department was held its regular seminar. The head of the department of Mathematics, Baku Engineering University Ragib Efendiev gave a talk on \u201cSpectral analysis for non-self adjoint Hill operators\u201d.<\/p>\n

The talk deals with an inverse spectral problem on the axis for non-self adjoint Hill operator. The main properties of the fundamental solutions are studied. The fundamental solutions play a significant role in the study, their expansion are completely analyzed. Along with the solution of the inverse problem, a constructive alqorithm is offered.<\/p>\n
