Professor Soltan Aliyev, chief researcher ass. of the Department of Functional Analysis of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS, participated in this conference traditionally held every year in different countries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Experts from Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Ukraine, Georgia and Azerbaijan made scientific reports.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prof. Soltan Aliyev, as a member of the organizing committee, at first delivered a scientific report \u201cConvergence of the sequence of Bellman-Harris branching processes to Irjini process\u201d on the conference&#8217;s opening and then at the section.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, during the conference, S.Aliyev held talks about the creation and strengthening of relations with professors Yaros Mikelic (Czech Republic), Yaroslav Chabanyuk (Poland), Yuri Yermolev (Austria), Alexander Nakonechniy (Ukraine), Yaroslav Yeleyko (Ukraine), Abram Didmanidze (Georgia).
