Vagif Guliyev and candidate for a doctor of sciences degree, ass. prof. of Ganja state University Sabir Hasanov and supported by Scientific Studies Program of the Presidium of ANAS within the project \u201cModern problems of harmonic analysis in local Morrey \u2013type spaces and applications\u201d was published. The paper was published in 1.381 high impact factor journal \u201cAnalysis and Mathematical Physics\u201d reviewed in \u201cClarivate Analytics\u201d international base.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the paper called \u201cFractional maximum function and its commutator in Orlicz space\u201d, necessary and sufficient conditions for boundedness of <em>M<sub>\u03b1<\/sub><\/em> fractional maximum operator were obtained. As application of these results, when\u00a0 <em>M<sub>b<\/sub>,<sub>\u03b1<\/sub><\/em> fractional maximum commutator and [<em>b<\/em>,\u00a0<em>M<sub>\u03b1<\/sub><\/em>] nonlinear fractional maximum commutator is from <em>b<\/em> Lipschits space, criteria for boundedness in Orlicz space and some new characteristics of Lipschits space were given.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a9All rights are reserved.
