Weekly seminar on September 18.04.2019, 10:00 a.m. featured a report by associate professor of Department of Mathematics of Azerbaijan Technical University Ogtay Giyas oglu Azizov on \u201cSingle and double layers potentials on smooth\u00a0 and nonsmooth surfaces\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The report is devoted to continuity in the Holder classes of the potentials of simple and double layers on smooth and nonsmooth surfaces. The surfaces under consideration also cover surfaces that have no normals anywhere. The potentials of a simple and double layer are defined through continuous differential forms.<\/p>\n
