Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan held its next weekly seminar on October 02, 2019, 10:00 a.m., which will feature a report by professor Bilal Bilalov, corresponding member of the NAS of Azerbaijan and the head of the Department of Non-Harmonic Analysis of IMM of the NAS of Azerbaijan, entitled \u201cOn basis properties of a system of exponents with a linear phase in Banach function spaces\u201d.<\/p>\n

In the report a \u00a0brief information about the history regarding the study of the basis properties of a system of exponents with a linear phase is given. The study of the basis properties of this system in functional spaces is interpreted in term of operators and its connection with the corresponding Riemann problem is shown. A sufficient condition is found on the phase parameter for the basicity \u00a0of this system in Banach function spaces. In specific spaces, these conditions coincide with the already known.<\/p>\n
