October 09, 2019 the joint seminar of the department \u201cDifferential Equations\u201d and the department \u201cEquations of Mathematical Physics\u201d was held.<\/p>\n

At the seminar, with a report on the topic \u201cHarnack inequality and continuity by H\u00f6lder of a solution of the p-Laplace equation with a Makenhaupt weighted, of uniformly degenerate in the domain\u201d the assistant professor Sarvan Huseynov delivered a speech. During the report, a class of uniformly degenerate quasilinear elliptic equations of the second order of divergent form is considered. For solutions of equations of this type, continuity by H\u00f6lder and the weak Harnack inequality for non-negative solutions is proved.<\/p>\n
