Assembly hall,\u00a0Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics<\/a>\u00a0held a meeting with a new members of\u00a0Coordinating Council of ANAS\u00a0<\/a>Professors.<\/p>\n

Opening the meeting, chairman of the Council, Professor of ANAS\u00a0Rovshan Bandaliev\u00a0<\/a>congratulated the newly elected Professors and wished them success in their work.<\/p>\n

Then, the Scientific Secretary of the Council, Professor of ANAS\u00a0Ilgar Mammadov<\/a>\u00a0informed the participants on the agenda.<\/p>\n

The meeting discussed the use of the scientific potential of ANAS Professors for sustainable economic development of the country, the organization of trips to large industrial facilities, as well as the provision of scientific support to the ANAS High Technology Park and the implementation of joint projects.<\/p>\n

Then, the newly elected ANAS Professors – Ibrahim Mammadov, Ganira Pashayeva, Kanan Yusifzade, Seher Orujeva, Fuad Ganbarov and Ravan Rahimov emphasized the importance of conducting interdisciplinary research.<\/p>\n

The event also suggested creation of working groups as part of the council. It was noted that, the organization of these groups is necessary from the point of popularizing science in society, strengthening outreach work in different regions of Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n

In conclusion, the decision was adopted unanimously.<\/p>\n
