On December 21, 2019, at IMM, an event dedicated to memory of outstanding scientist, a talented science organizer, modest and humanist man, corr. member of ANAS, doctor of physico-mathematical sciences, prof. Goshgar Ahmedov was held. The members of his family, relatives participated in the event. The event was opened by the honoured artist of the Republic, the head of the chair of University of the Arts, ass. prof. Azad Shukurov. Then corr. memebr of ANAS, prof. Misir Mardanov, professor Mammad Bayramoglu, Mammad Yagubov, Nihan Aliyev, Telman Melikov, Akper Aliyev, the head of Gedebey ashug school Etibar Aliyev, the poetress Gulaya Ahmedli and others shared their memories about Goshgar Ahmedov with the event participants. The event was continued with ashug and mugam musics.<\/p>\n
