Today\u00a0 the\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cOptimal Control\u201d department was held its regular seminar.\u00a0 At the seminar professor of \u00a0Baku State University, doct. of phys. Math. Sci. Misreddin Allahverdi oglu Sadigov gave talk on \u201cAbnormal mathematical programming problem\u201d.<\/p>\n

In the work in the irregular case, the necessary conditions for the extremum of the first and second orders are obtained for extremal problems in the presence of restrictions. The results are applied to optimal control problems.<\/p>\n
