At this seminar doct.ph.math.sci., prof., Latif Khalil oglu Talybly will give a talk &#8220;Solution of\u00a0 the problem of Kelvin&#8217;s boundary-value problems in the theory of viscoelasticity&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For the first time, the solution of the problem of determining the stress-strain state that occurs in an infinitely large isotropic viscoelastic body under the action of a concentrated force will be solved in the talk.
