On September 17, the meeting of the Scientific Council of IMM was held. The agenda of the meeting was discussed.. Suggestions on determination of priority directions of scientific research works on mathematics and mechanics in Azerbaijan Republic were given. The members of the Scientific Council were informed on the results of the International Conference \u201cPresent state of Mathematics, astronomy and a look into the future\u201d devoted to memory of\u00a0 Nasireddin Tousi. A list of the research works submitted to \u201cBaku Science Festival\u201d was made. The Scientific Council decided to confer the \u201cassociate professor\u201d title in speciality \u201cMechanics, Fluid and Plasma Mechanics\u201d on senior research associate of \u201cFluid and gas mechanics\u201d department of IMM Afat Yuzbashiyeva. \u00a0At the end of the issues on admission to dissertator doctoral courses were discussed.<\/p>\n
