Misir Mardanov made a report on \u201cNecessary conditions for a minimum in variational problems with degeneration\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In the report a simple variational problem is considered. New information on necessary conditions for solving the considered problem in the case when the known Weierstrass and Lagrange conditions degenerate, is given.
