Today the regular Institute seminar was held. In the seminar of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS the head of the department \u201cFunction Theory\u201d Vugar Elman oglu Ismailov gave a talk \u201c<\/strong>On a theorem of Hecht-Nielsen<\/strong>\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The report addresses one of the pioneering results in neural network theory called Hecht-Nielsen\u2019s theorem. It is shown that the analogue of this theorem is valid for any multivariate function.<\/p>\n
