Today, the next General Institute seminar was held at the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. \u00a0Nazila Rasulova, Associate Professor of the Department of Wave Dynamics, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, gave a report on the topic \u201cRepresentation of solutions to plane problems of elastodynamics through analytical functions of a complex variable\u201d.<\/p>\n

The paper shows the process of presenting a solutions of the hyperbolic system of differential equations,\u00a0\u00a0through the analytic functions of a complex variable. In a particular case, the self-similar problem of impact by a noncircular cone on an elastic membrane is solved.<\/p>\n
