Grand Lebesgue space L<sub>p)<\/sub> (\u03a9), 1&lt;p&lt;+\u221e, is considered. This space is nonseparable and it is defined the separable subspace N<sub>p)<\/sub> (\u03a9)&nbsp;&nbsp;of L<sub>p)<\/sub> (\u03a9)&nbsp;in which infinitely differentiable functions are dense. It is defined the grand Sobolev space N<sub>p)<\/sub><sup>2m<\/sup>(\u03a9)&nbsp;of 2m-th order differentiable in Sobolev sense functions generated by subspace N<sub>q)<\/sub> (\u03a9). The Schauder type estimate up to the boundary is proved for this equation. Using this estimate it is established the apriori estimate and then the Fredholmness of the considered 2m-th order elliptic equation in N<sub>p)<\/sub><sup>2m<\/sup>(\u03a9).
