Aliyev, entitled <strong>\u201cUsing the necessary conditions on the Fredholm property boundary value problems for differential equations of fractional order\u201d<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The report focuses on the study of fundamental solutions and solutions of boundary value problems in the form of Lagrange equations and the Green\u2019s second equation, and, as well as the justification of the sufficiency of necessary conditions.
