Weekly seminar on November 27, 2016, 10.00 featured a report by PHD, Y.S.Gasimov, department Senior scientific researcher of \u201cOptimal control\u201d, entitled \u201cOn an inverse problem with respect to domain\u201d.
\nIn the report an inverse problem for the Schr\u00f6dinger operator is considered. The considered problem differs from the traditional inverse problems by the fact that here we do not seek potential, boundary conditions or some coefficients but the domain of the given operator. So, the solution of the problem meets some serious difficulties. For example, the chois of the spectral data that allows one to define the domain is an independent problem itself. On the other hand, till now is not developed a general mathematical apparatus for the reconstruction of the domain.
\nIn the report a new definition of s-functions is introduced a scheme is proposed for the reconstruction of the domain by the given set of these functions.<\/p>\n
