At the seminar the post graduate student of &#8220;Mathematical analysis&#8221; chair of BSU Elmin Agalar oglu Agayev was gived a talk &#8220;Some problems of spectral theory of fourth order differential operators&#8221;.<br \/>\nThe talk deals with structure of subspaces of eigen and associated functions of fourth order completely regular Sturm systems and oscillation properties of eigen
