The seminar was opened by the director of the institute prof. Misir Mardanov. He commemorated the outstanding statesman Heydar Aliyev on the occasion of his 93 year, and shared his memories with the seminar participants.
\nThen, the senior research associate of \u201cFunctional Analysis\u201d department Hidayat Huseynov gave a talk on \u201cReality of all zeros of a class of entire functions\u201d. In the talk, an inequality related to self-adjoint operators with prime eigen members and its application to reality of all zeros of a class of entire functions was given.<\/p>\n
