The International Workshop “Nonharmonic Analysis and Differential Operators” get started<\/p>"},"content":{"rendered":"

Today the International Workshop \u201cNonharmonic Analysis and differential operators\u201d supported by the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan and organized by the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics was opened.
\nThe opening ceremony was at 10.00 at the \u201chome of Scientists\u201d of ANAS.
\nSecretary of the department of Technical Sciences, director of the Institute of Physics, corr. Member of ANAS, acad. Nazim Mammadov opened the Ceremony. He expressed his thanks to the guests for their visit to Azerbaijan, the country of fire.
\nThen director of IMM professor Misir Mardanov welcomed the guests. He underlined that this workshop will have great contribution to mathematical science.
\nCorr. Member of ANAS, the head of \u201cNonharmonic Analysis, prof. Bilal Bilalov spoke and said that this workshop will help to gather together the foreign and native scientists working in scientific directions as approximation theory, harmonic analysis, nonharmonic analysis, frames, optimal control and differential equations, differential operators, processing of signals and their applications, mathematical simulation and to carry out joint scientific work in future. He said that ANAS had a great support in organization of this workshop and expressed his thanks to the leaders. He once more welcomed the guests and wished them successes and to have a good rest.
\nThen professor of Technical University of Denmark Ole Kristensen gave a plenary talk \u201cRecent developments in frame theory and Applications\u201d and the dean of Moscow State University, prof. Vladimir Gubarikov \u201cPolynomials and Fourier Analysis\u2019.
\nThe International Workshop \u201cNonharmonic Analysis and Differential Operators\u201d continues its work at IMM, ANAS.
\nThe Workshop will continue to May 27, 2016.<\/p>\n
