On 19.10.2016, at 10.00 at the Institute seminar, the senior research associate of \u201cOptimal Control\u201d department, prof. T.G. Melikov gave\u00a0a talk on Development stages of extremal problems. The role of different variations in variation calculus and in optimal control.
\nIn this report we was discussed with history of variation calculus and history of development of optimal control of extremal problems. The role of different variations in development of these fields is commented. It is shown that the technique of choice of variations in development of theory of necessary conditions is of great importance.<\/p>\n
