To day\u00a0at the Institute seminar the senior research associate of \u201cDiferensial Equations\u201d Department, doctor of math. sci. Bahram Aliyev gave a talk on \u201cSolvability of elliptic boundary value problems for operator-differential equations of second order with a spectral parameter and with the operator in the boundary conditions\u201d.
\nAt the paper investigated the solvability of elliptic differential operator equations with a spectral parameter and a linear operator in the boundary conditions. Obtained coercive and noncoercive estimates for solution.<\/p>\n
