Announcement

The International scientific conference "XI Modern Problems of Mathematics and Mechanics" will be held under the organization of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, dedicated to the memory of Nasireddin Tusi, a brilliant Azerbaijani scientist and thinker who lived in the 13th century.
The conference is planned to be held on July 03-06, 2024 in Baku.

The seminar of the Department on “Abnormal mathematical programming problem” was held

Today  the   “Optimal Control” department was held its regular seminar.  At the seminar professor of  Baku State University, doct. of phys. Math. Sci. Misreddin Allahverdi oglu Sadigov gave talk on “Abnormal mathematical programming problem”.

In the work in the irregular case, the necessary conditions for the extremum of the first and second orders are obtained for extremal problems in the presence of restrictions. The results are applied to optimal control problems.
