The seminar on “Solution of the problem of Kelvin’s boundary-value problems in the theory of viscoelasticity” was held

The seminar of “Creeping Theory” department “Modern problems of mechanics of deformable solids” was held. At this seminar doct.ph.math.sci., prof., Latif Khalil oglu Talybly gave a talk “Solution of  the problem of Kelvin’s boundary-value problems in the theory of viscoelasticity “.

For the first time, the solution of the problem of determining the stress-strain state that occurs in an infinitely large isotropic viscoelastic body under the action of a concentrated force was solved in the talk. An exact solution of the problem was obtained.

04-th March 2020 at 10:00 at the institute-wide seminar of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS chief researcher, mathematical analysis department, MD, Mubariz Gafarshah ogli Hajibayov will report on theme “Fractional inteqrals on hypergroups.”  The inequalities between the fractional inteqrals on hypergroups and problems of boundedness on weighted Lebesgue spaces of fractional inteqrals on hypergroups will be discussed on the report.

The seminar on “Multi-sublinear maximal operator and multilinear singular integral operators on generalized Morrey spaces” was held

On 28.02.2020, at 11:00 a seminar of “Mathematical Analysis” department “Modern problems of harmonic analysis and applications” was held. At the seminar the PhD student of the department Afag Farhad gizi Ismailova was report on “Multi-sublinear maximal operator and multilinear singular integral operators on generalized Morrey spaces”.

In the talk the boundedness of the multisublinear maximal operator and multilinear singular integral operators on generalized Morrey spaces was discussed.

The paper “First- and second-order necessary conditions with respect to components for discrete optimal control problems” of director of IMM ANAS, corr. member of ANAS, prof. M.Mardanov and senior research ass. of “Optimal Control” department, doctor of physico-mathematical sciences, prof. Telman Melikov was published in authoritative journal of Elsevir “Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics” (Volume 364, 15 January 2020, 112342) indexed in the “Web of Sciences” base and implicated in Q1 quartiles.

This paper is devoted to the study of discrete optimal control problems. We aim to obtain more constructive optimality conditions under weakened convexity assumptions. Based on a new approach introduced in this work, an optimality condition with respect to every component is proved in the form of a global maximum principle. In addition, an optimality condition with respect to one of the components of a control in the form of the global maximum principle and with respect to another component of a control in the form of the linearized maximum principle are obtained. Furthermore, various second-order optimality conditions in terms of singular and quasi-singular controls with respect to the components are proved.
