The paper by the associate professor of the department of Mathematical analysis Mehriban Omarova was published.  The paper was published in (WoS, IF-2.9) higher impact factor journal “Mathematical Methods in the  Applied Sciences” (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/ 10991476) reviewed in “Clarivate Analytics” international base of category Q1.

In the paper “Commutators of parabolic fractional maximal operators on parabolic total Morrey spaces” obtained some new characterizations of the boundedness of the parabolik fractional maximal commutators and the commutators of the parabolik fractional maximal operator in parabolik total Morrey spaces. As application these results was given nesecary and sufficient conditions for the boundedness of the parabolik fractional maximal commutators and the commutators of the parabolik fractional maximal operator in parabolik total Morrey spaces.
