Today  the  “Optimal Control” department was held its regular seminar. The sen. Res. Ass. of  “Optimal Control” department, doct. of ph. math. sci., prof. Hamlet Guliyev gave a talk on “An optimal control problem for parabolic equation with nonlocal boundary conditions”.

İn the work was considered optimal control problem for an unstable parabolic equation with nonlocal boundary conditions, prove existence  theorem for an optimal pair, and interpret a necessary condition of optimality in the form integral inequality.
