The International scientific conference "XI Modern Problems of Mathematics and Mechanics" will be held under the organization of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, dedicated to the memory of Nasireddin Tusi, a brilliant Azerbaijani scientist and thinker who lived in the 13th century.
The conference is planned to be held on July 03-06, 2024 in Baku.

Head of “Differential Equations” IMM, prof. Akbar Aliyev, has participated and gave a talk at the International Conference held 5-9 September 2016 in Batumi (Georgia), dedicated to the 125th anniversary of academician N.Muskheleshvili. (VII INTERNATIONAL JOINT CONFERENCE OF THE GEORGIAN MATHEMATICAL UNION & GEORGIAN MECHANICAL UNIONS: CONTINUUM MECHANICS AND RELATED PROBLEMS OF ANALYSIS,Dedicated to 125th birthday anniversary of academician N. Muskhelishviliwill take place on September 5-9, 2016 at the Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University in Batumi, Georgia).
