The International scientific conference "XI Modern Problems of Mathematics and Mechanics" will be held under the organization of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, dedicated to the memory of Nasireddin Tusi, a brilliant Azerbaijani scientist and thinker who lived in the 13th century.
The conference is planned to be held on July 03-06, 2024 in Baku.

Announced laureates of the “For Fidelity to Science” Prize

A solemn ceremony of awarding the laureates of the VI All-Russian Prize “For Fidelity to Science” was held at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

The winners of the award were 11 popular science and educational projects in Russia. The ceremony was attended by over 400 people, including prominent scientists, science promoters, journalists, representatives of the business community and the media community.

The Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Valery Falkov, President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Sergeev, Moscow State University Rector Academician Viktor Sadovnichy, First Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Grigory Trubnikov and First Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Pavel Zenkovich took part in the award ceremony.
