Announcement

The International scientific conference "XI Modern Problems of Mathematics and Mechanics" will be held under the organization of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, dedicated to the memory of Nasireddin Tusi, a brilliant Azerbaijani scientist and thinker who lived in the 13th century.
The conference is planned to be held on July 03-06, 2024 in Baku.

16.03.2022  at 12.00  a seminar of the Departments “Applied Mathematics” and “Wave Dynamics” will take place.  At the seminar, doctor of  physics and mathematics, Rasulova Nazile will make a report  “Fundamentals of the theory of transverse impacts on flexible connections G. A. Rakhmatulina”.

The problem presents the derivation of the basic equations of motion of this theory for the finite displacement of a nonlinear rheological dependence, and also solves some particular problems.
