Announcement

The International scientific conference "XI Modern Problems of Mathematics and Mechanics" will be held under the organization of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, dedicated to the memory of Nasireddin Tusi, a brilliant Azerbaijani scientist and thinker who lived in the 13th century.
The conference is planned to be held on July 03-06, 2024 in Baku.

14.09.2022 at 12.00  a seminar of the Departments “Applied Mathematics” and “Wave Dynamics” will take place. At the seminar, doctor of physics and mathematics, prof. Cefer Aqalarov will make a report “Compression ratio efficiency in internal combustion engines”.

Compression ratio control affects engine efficiency. As the engine speed increases, the pressure in the cylinder decreases (the efficiency decreases).
