On February 01, 2023 at 10:00, at the Institute seminar of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics, the head of “Mechanics of Deformable Solids” department, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, professor Latif Khalil oglu Talybly will make a report on the topic “One refinement of the formulation of the problem of the theory of viscoelasticity”.

In modern literature, when setting the problem of the theory of viscoelasticity, various constitutive equations are used, including equations that take into account the accumulated damage on the deformation process. However, the scope and limits of applicability of these equations remained open. The report attempts to fill this gap.
