Scientific article by Nicat Aliyev, a research scientist at the “Optimal Control” Department of the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics of ANAS, published in Springer’s prestigious journal, Advances in Computational Mathematics (2020, Vol40, No. 6) (https: // link).

The publisher journal of the paper entitled  Approximation of stability radii for large-scale dissipative Hamiltonian systems”

is a sci indexed journal indexed by “Web of Sciences” and “Scopus” databases with a high impact factor of 1.638.

Note that, the  impact factor of the journal that published the young scientist Nicat Aliyev’s previous paper was 2.063 and the journal was one of the most prestigous journals of SIAM.

The scientist has a very specific and applied research area and a few further papers of him was accepted by very high ranked journals and are under review now.
