The paper coauthored by deputy director of IMM in scientific affairs corr. member of ANAS, prof. Vagif Guliyev’s within the I Azerbaijan-Russia joint international grant competition was published.

The paper was published in 1.792 higher impact factor Q1 category journal “Analysis and Mathematical Physics” (https://link.springer.com/journal/13324)  reviewed in “Clarivate Analytics” international base.

In this paper “A characterization for fractional integral and its commutators in Orlicz and generalized Orlicz–Morrey spaces on spaces of homogeneous type” (https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s13324-019-00295-w) the authors investigate the boundedness of maximal operator and its commutators in generalized Orlicz–Morrey spaces on the spaces of homogeneous type. As an application of this boundedness, was given necessary and sufficient condition for the boundedness of fractional integral and its commutators in these spaces. Also discussed criteria for the boundedness of these operators in Orlicz spaces.
