Azerbaijani pupils have won 3 silver and 3 bronze medals at the 22nd Balkan Youth Mathematical Olympiad (JBMO) in Rhodes, Greece.

Thus, Azerbaijani pupils gained six medals and reached 100% results. The team that scored 113 points in the team score has shown the best overall result since 2010.

Our pupils Abutalib Namazov (Physics-Mathematics-Informatics-Lyceum (PMIL), Farid Ismayilov (PMIL) and Murad Agayev (Istek lyceum) won silver medals, Fidan Babayeva, Rashad Musayev (PMIL) and Yusif Gasimov (school No 220) won bronze medals.
